The Refuge can host cocktail parties for up to 100 guests. We feature a selection of delicious Latin & italian style canapés, seasonal and signature cocktails, an impressive Tequila and Bourbon list, as well as sustainable wines by the glass.

Weddings

From engagement parties, to bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette and of course planning and executing the BIG DAY, we invite you to take a personal tour with our Catering Director so we can make your vision a reality!

We offer expertise and service every step of the way, plus audio-visual equipment, so you can focus on the task at hand. From breakfast to lunch, to sit down dinners,
we have it covered.

 

COCKTAIL EVENTS

The Refuge can host cocktail parties for up to 100 guests. We feature a selection of delicious Latin & italian style canapés, seasonal and signature cocktails, an impressive Tequila and Bourbon list, as well as sustainable wines by the glass.

Beverages are offered either based on consumption or as an open bar package, which includes a selection of specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, bottled and draft beer, and liquor.

Your section will be roped in our bar and lounge and includes  your own personal staff.  Our catering director will guide you through the menu planning so there is something for everyone!

FAMILY STYLE DINNER

The Refuge offers authentic Latin and Italian cuisine, using fresh, local, & sustainable ingredients. With a large selection of snacks and starters, fresh seafood dishes, homemade pastas, meat and vegetarian specialties, the menu is designed for easy sharing.

For parties of 10 and larger, we recommend a prix fixe family-style menu, ranging from $39-$65 per person. In addition, we will be more than happy to create a customized menu for your event based on your needs.  We also have a number of Vegan options.

We have a variety of private spaces which can be booked through our catering team. Please contact us for the minimum guarantees associated with booking any of our rooms or spaces exclusively.

Let us help you plan an intimate ceremony, whether inside or outside on our patio and then dance the night away , all while sipping your signature cocktails and indulging in the variety of foods from one of our themed grazing stations. We’re happy to help with all the details.  From small ceremonies and seated dinners to large cocktail style receptions – let the festivities begin!

& Sweet 16’s

 Mazol Tov! Plan the perfect event to help celebrate your child’s big milestone. You’ve waited years and the big day has finally arrived.  Our chefs and event planners always go above and beyond to ensure all of your hopes and expectations are not only met, but surpassed.

Start the party with a signature mocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by our over the top grazing stations from all around the world.  For a sweet ending, choose from our our ice cream and milkshake bar or another one of our signature exit stations.   Each one is sure to be the talk of the school the next day!
