Appetizer Specials
Our full trays or half trays are perfect for informal cocktail parties and office events. This includes hot appetizers, which are always welcome during winter.
Chopped Baked Clams with pancetta pair well with a variety of cocktails. Our Meatball and Mozzarella Muffaletta is a specialty featuring shredded pork, meatballs, and cheese stuffed into garlic toast and served with olive tapenade.
You can also order our Mini Rice Balls with vodka dipping sauce or try our Mozzarella Pillows. Our Mini Calzones served with a fresh, herby dipping sauce, are also popular. We also have Nachos and Chicken Soffrito Quesadillas that your guests will love.
Pasta Selections
Corporate holiday dining is complete when guests enjoy a special pasta. Our Homemade Pappardelle comes in a tomato-and-basil sauce topped with fresh mozzarella. We also have Mushroom-Stuffed Rigatoni and Penne alla Vodka, along with other pasta dishes.
Your party may also feature a buffet with several pasta selections. A buffet or sit-down service can feature our specialties, including Eggplant Parmigiana, Skirt Steak Asada, and a variety of chicken dishes.
Seafoods can also be served in a buffet or with table service. Our special paella features clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, chicken, onions, chorizo, and saffron rice. Other items include Fried Calamari, Chipotle Shrimp, Scampi, and Pan-Seared Salmon.

The Cabra Loco is a specialty of The Refuge: warm sesame-crusted goat cheese, candied walnuts, and green apples served over mixed greens topped with raspberry vinaigrette. Other salads are also offered, including an Artichoke and Avocado Caesar Salad.
Pizza and Sandwiches
A pizza office party is popular anytime, including the holiday season. The Refuge has a large menu featuring 10-inch pizzas with several specialties. You can order the pizzas in advance, and they will arrive hot at a designated time.
Our specialties include Mushroom Truffles and Volcano Shrimp Alfredo. We also have Sausage alla Vodka pizza, topped with sausage, parsley, two types of melted cheese, and vodka sauce.
An informal holiday gathering, especially an open house for a business, can have a special sandwich platter. Our platters at The Refuge hold 24 pieces and include a variety of sandwiches. The options feature our popular Grilled Chicken, Grilled Steak, Slow-Roasted Eggplant, and Italian sandwiches.
The holiday season is also the time for sweets. The Refuge offers Tiramisu and a Tres Leches (milk) cake, popular at any time. We can also supply delicious, homemade brownies and holiday cookies.
