We offer expertise and service every step of the way, plus audio-visual equipment, so you can focus on the task at hand. From breakfast to lunch, to sit down dinners,
we have it covered.
The Refuge can host cocktail parties for up to 100 guests. We feature a selection of delicious Latin & italian style canapés, cocktails that incorporate authentic flavors with seasonal ingredients, an impressive tequila and Bourbon list, as well as sustainable wines by the glass.
Beverages are offered either based on consumption or as an open bar package, which includes a selection of specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, bottled and draft beer, and liquor.
Your section will be roped in our bar and lounge and includes your own personal staff, our catering director will guide you through the menu planning so there is something for everyone!
FAMILY STYLE DINNER
The Refuge offers authentic, Latin and Italian cuisine using fresh, local & sustainable ingredients. With a large selection of snack and starters, fresh seafood dishes, homemade pastas, meat and vegetarian specialties, the menu is designed for easy sharing.
For parties of 10 and larger, we reccomend a prix fixe family-style menu, ranging from $39-$65 per person. In addition, we will be more than happy to create a customized menu for your event based on your needs.
We have a variety of spaces which can be booked exclusively. Please contact us for the minimum guarantees associated with booking any of our rooms or spaces exclusively.
With numerous intimate spaces to host pasrties, the Refuge is unique that it can transform into any style for each event related to wedding. From engagement parties, to bridal showers, rehersal dinners, bachlor/bachlorette and of course planning and executing the BIG DAY, we invite you to take a personel tour with our Catering Director so we can make your vision a reality!
Let us help you plan an intimate ceremony whether inside our outside on our patio and then dance the night away – all while sipping tasty margaritas and devouring our Latin and Italian cuisine.
